Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional nutritional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients and provide input into Nutritional Support Service rounds.
  • Develop and implement personalized diet plans for patients, including instruction on special diets and general good nutrition.
  • Provide oversight to dietetic technicians in providing patient care and develop plans of care per clinical data, interview, diagnosis, and treatment goals.
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and patient care skills.
  • Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (either in place or received within 6 months of hire).

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a hybrid model, working Monday-Friday, days. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, computer, and communication skills, as well as exceptional customer service and patient care skills.

Education and Certifications

A Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (either in place or received within 6 months of hire) is required. Any physical requirements reported by a prospective employee and/or employee's physician or delegate will be considered for accommodations.
