Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
