We're seeking an experienced Utility Adjustment Manager to join our team In this critical role, you'll oversee the coordination of the utility adjustment process for roadway and utility improvement projects. Your expertise in determining utility conflicts and resolving them using subsurface utility engineering data and design plans will be invaluable to our team. If you have 4+ years of experience in preparing agreements for relocating utilities, as well as experience in providing Utility Coordination services for Design-Build projects, we want to hear from you

About the Role
This position reports directly to the Utility Coordination Manager and works closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Technicians to provide technical support and assistance. Your responsibilities will include attending project scoping meetings, providing input and recommendations relative to utilities, and ensuring that client, owner, and Company requirements are met.

Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular project status meetings with Utility Coordinators to ensure project milestones and deliverables are on track
Assist the Utility Coordination Manager in ensuring that Direct Labor (DL) goals for the Utility Coordination Team are met
Maintains existing clients and performs business development
Determination of Utility Conflict and conflict resolution using Subsurface Utility Engineering data and design plans
Preparation and submission of Utility Agreement Assemblies
