About the Role

Veriforce is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive growth and retention
  • Provide proactive and reactive support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives and external projects to ensure client satisfaction and success
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Veriforce's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and growth
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
  • 40% travel required
