We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Run sold room reports and verify room status to identify any discrepancies
  • Prioritize room cleaning and update the status of departing guest rooms
  • Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and coordinate with other departments as needed
  • Document and resolve any issues with discrepant rooms
  • Prepare and distribute room assignments and communicate changes to the next shift
  • Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related machinery
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
