Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all customer interactions meet PNC's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience or product knowledge preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience in a financial services or related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
