Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at OhioHealth. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and families in diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum in diverse healthcare settings.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Delegate nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
  • Serve as a resource for other associates and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association certification.
  • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing certification.
  • Must hold a current license from the State of Ohio.
  • Successfully completed Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course.
