Job Description Summary

We are a leading global medical technology company, and we're looking for a talented Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting sales of our Vascular Access products in a defined territory. This will involve managing relationships with hospitals, clinics, and physicians, as well as working closely with distributors and other healthcare professionals to develop business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory-specific sales strategy to maximize sales of Vascular Access products.
  • Maintain accurate account records, including information on product usage and inventory levels.
  • Identify new accounts and markets to increase penetration into the Vascular Access marketplace.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, conditions, and contractual agreements to ensure best possible value to BD.
  • Work with regional management to identify and develop new markets and territories.
  • Coordinate territory activities with regional management to achieve goals.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and seminars to promote products.
  • Monitor and analyze competitive activity and report findings to appropriate department manager.
  • Provide feedback to headquarters regarding current trends, changes, or improvements in the marketplace.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in medical device sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

At BD, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $70,000 to $88,000 per year, plus incentives.
