As an International Customer Service Representative at TEKsystems, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our global clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to international ordering, shipping, and product availability. You will also be responsible for coordinating international shipments, processing export documents, and maintaining accurate customer databases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Process international orders and coordinate shipments
• Prepare export documents and collaborate with the distribution department
• Resolve customer issues and complete quote requests
• Maintain accurate customer databases and update information as needed
• Understand and interpret terms and conditions, special pricing agreements, and customer contracts
• Recommend additional or alternative products or shipment solutions to meet customer needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of international customer service experience
• Order entry experience with international customers
• ERP systems knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate complex situations and prioritize tasks
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
