We are seeking a Licensed Couples and Family Therapist to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. Qualifications:- Must have one of the following independent licenses in California: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
- Must have experience primarily working within a specialty (e.g., couples therapy, children, trauma) and be comfortable working with individuals of all ages and populations (Behavioral Health Generalists)
- Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan
- Work a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Participate in a true partnership with our team to provide excellent care to our clients
- Be open to growth and development opportunities, including leadership roles and supervisory positions
- Complete notes within 24 hours of each session
