Job Summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for reconciling all business transactions, checking in guests, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and provide directions.
  • Transaction Reconciliation: Reconcile all business transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Front Desk Operations: Ensure all paperwork is completed, and reports are run for the previous day's business.
  • Accounting and Finance: Handle accounting of money, receipts, and guest accounts, and ensure company funds are secure.
Requirements
  • Cash Handling Experience: One year of experience handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Front Desk Experience: One year of experience working at a front desk position in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Availability: Ability to work nights and weekends.
