Role Overview

The New York Blood Center Enterprises seeks a skilled Corporate Communications Specialist to manage and support all aspects of CC&PA projects and activities. This role will be responsible for assisting with writing and copyediting internal/external print and digital communications, managing projects to ensure deadlines are met, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate communications strategies.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing reports and documents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a business environment performing related functions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,370.00, commensurate with local market rates and the applicant's skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
