Position Summary

Creature is currently in search of a Traveling Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction initiatives in collaboration with BLOX. BLOX specializes in delivering prefabricated building modules to designated locations, while Creature will manage the site preparation before integrating the modules to form hospitals, medical clinics, and other healthcare facilities. The Superintendent will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from site work to achieving a Certificate of Occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume full responsibility for all construction operations at the job site from inception to completion.
  • Maintain daily communication with project managers to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Facilitate daily operations through weekly planning meetings and daily team briefings.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop a comprehensive project schedule.
  • Ensure timely project completion while adhering to budget constraints.
  • This role requires travel and will primarily operate within the Southeastern region.

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Demonstrated career advancement in the construction field.
  • Experience with ground-up construction projects.
  • Prior exposure to ICRA training and construction is preferred.
  • Experience as a General Contractor is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Slack is preferred.
