Job Description

The Behavioral Health Residential Program Manager will serve as a key member of our team, overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a positive work culture. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Communication:
    • Foster a positive work culture and motivate staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Clinical Supervision:
    • Provide clinical supervision to behavioral health therapists and monitor program productivity.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist with staff shift scheduling, performance evaluations, and resident intake assessments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling with a Florida State License as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Five years of experience in Human Services, Residential, and/or Substance Abuse Treatment is preferred, along with two years of supervisory and program management experience.
