  • Perform initial pre-op assessment and formulate a plan of care for optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide competent care in circulating cases and efficiently supply equipment/supplies based on patients' needs
  • Maintain sterile fields by practicing aseptic techniques
  • Accurately document patient health records
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other patient care team members

Requirements:

  • Current state licensure to practice as a registered nurse
  • At least 3 years of operating room experience
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Proficient computer skills to accurately update and manage electronic healthcare records
