Clinical Department Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to take on the role of Clinical Department Manager at Ascension. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of a healthcare department, ensuring that patient care meets the highest standards.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, based on experience and qualifications. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for assigning, directing, educating, and monitoring nursing and support associates during assigned shifts.

  • Meet with staff to plan shifts, services, and patient care, exercising independent judgment.
  • Assess daily patient care needs and develop patient care assignments.
  • Facilitate the availability of adequate materials, resources, and supplies.
