Job Title: Clinical Operations Manager

Tennessee Donor Services is a leading organization in the field of organ donation. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of organ recovery activities, providing direct leadership to clinical recovery teams, and ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with internal policies and external regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with at least 5 years of experience in OPO clinical work and 2+ years of leadership experience. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. A valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements are also required.

We offer a competitive compensation package including up to 176 hours of PTO in the first year, up to 72 hours of sick time in the first year, two medical plans, dental, and vision coverage, a 403(b) plan with matching contribution, company-provided term life insurance, AD&D insurance, and long-term disability insurance. Additionally, we offer wellness programs, supplemental insurance benefits, discounts on home/auto/renter/pet insurance, cell phone discounts, meal per diems, and COVID-19 vaccination requirements.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year.
