Mechanical Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on assembly experience and proficiency in interpreting blueprints and written instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex parts assembly operations using appropriate tooling, fixtures, and hand tools
- Ensure accurate interpretation and execution based on blueprints and written work instructions
- Participate in 5S, LEAN, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency and quality
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards in the assembly process
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions in English
- Experience in mechanical assembly using various tools and fixtures
- Compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience participating in 5S, LEAN, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
Pay: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
