Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Urology Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing strategic selling initiatives with key business partners in the Urology market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed urology sales targets by effectively communicating service and product knowledge to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with urologists, nurses, and medical assistants within targeted urology accounts.
  • Penetrate urology call points with service and product offerings, and maintain and increase penetration in existing accounts.
  • Effectively manage territory and account planning, allocating time between service and product offerings.
  • Complete all administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated sales traits: competitive, tenacious, fearless, passionate, and intelligent.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight and weekends.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and through electronic media.
  • Ability to work within a team and analyze sales reports and data to develop business plans.
