Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team at NYU Langone Hospital - Brooklyn. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating radiologic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, performing routine diagnostic procedures, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients during imaging exams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images
  • Perform routine diagnostic procedures, including CT scans and other imaging exams
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging exams
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and imaging results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology
  • 2-5+ years of experience in CT scanning or related field
  • ARRT certification in CT or eligible to sit for the CT registry
  • New York State License to practice as a Radiologic Technologist
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
