Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized therapy plans that promote optimal health and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services and education to clients in their homes, following the physician's Plan of Care and the specific functions identified in the therapy care plan.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary activities to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.
  • Perform duties in compliance with Agency policies and procedures, state, federal, and professional standards.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state(s) of employment.
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association and CAPTE, with a passing score on the national examination for PT assistants.
  • Minimum of six (6) months experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Demonstrated written, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state/Agency requirements.
  • Reliable transportation with a good driving record.
