Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and manage the day-to-day operations of the Labor & Delivery unit.
  • Ensure efficient patient flow and appropriate use of supplies.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum: Associate's Degree or Diploma of Nursing.
  • One (1) year of Charge Nurse experience in hospital setting OR more than one year of clinical or management experience.
  • CPR.
  • Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license within 90 days of hire.
