Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior management, overseeing project coordination from start to finish.
  • Attend regular project meetings and maintain communication with clients.
  • Conduct thorough zoning and building code assessments.
  • Create 3-D models based on hand sketches or CAD drawings.
  • Lead projects from schematic design through to building permits.
  • Perform code research and identify suitable products.
  • Coordinate with project consultants and manage REVIT models effectively.
  • Facilitate the building permit process and participate in construction meetings.
  • Provide consistent project updates to partners.

Technical Proficiencies: Utilize software tools such as REVIT, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite. Manage projects using platforms like Smartsheet, Procore, Timesheet, and Excel.

Additional Duties:

  • Support projects from initial design to final construction.
  • Execute design tasks and architectural detailing.
  • Produce schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Make pivotal decisions in collaboration with the department director and design teams.
  • Provide leadership for project teams and ensure proper documentation coordination.
  • Handle construction administration tasks, including responding to RFIs, RFPs, and change orders.
  • Mentor team members to ensure project success.
  • Ensure projects adhere to budgetary and scheduling constraints.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external consultants for efficient project delivery.
