- Oversee and address IT Help Desk support inquiries (including calls, emails, chats, tickets, and walk-ins) for all personnel within the organization.
- Communicate effectively to troubleshoot and resolve user challenges, coordinating with internal and external resources as needed.
- Document all issues, communications, and resolutions in the Ticketing System.
- Develop documentation for frequently encountered issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team for the escalation of complex user or system problems.
- Support the IT department in various projects as required.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours assistance for urgent matters.
- Continuously learn and familiarize oneself with the IT environment.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in IT support is essential.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, along with relevant certifications.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to thorough work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
- Quick learner with adaptability to change and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations and information security principles.
- Willingness to work on-call and during off-hours as required.
- Regular travel to various locations is necessary.
