  • Oversee and address IT Help Desk support inquiries (including calls, emails, chats, tickets, and walk-ins) for all personnel within the organization.
  • Communicate effectively to troubleshoot and resolve user challenges, coordinating with internal and external resources as needed.
  • Document all issues, communications, and resolutions in the Ticketing System.
  • Develop documentation for frequently encountered issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT team for the escalation of complex user or system problems.
  • Support the IT department in various projects as required.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours assistance for urgent matters.
  • Continuously learn and familiarize oneself with the IT environment.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in IT support is essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, along with relevant certifications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to thorough work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to change and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations and information security principles.
  • Willingness to work on-call and during off-hours as required.
  • Regular travel to various locations is necessary.
