Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Homecare team in the Northwest Region. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients with varied diagnoses to determine developmental and/or functional status using standardized measures or clinical observations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating patient and family needs.
- Administer therapeutic treatment to patients with developmental delay or functional deficits to provide optimal development, function, and independence.
- Educate patients/parents/caregivers on treatment goals and therapy plan.
- Document patients' evaluation results, objective status, progress towards goals, treatment plan, and recommendations.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Ohio License in Speech Pathology.
- Certification in Speech Pathology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
- Previous pediatric experience desirable.
This is a homecare role that requires traveling to patients' homes in the Northwest Region.
