About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Northwest Region. As a Homecare Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients with varied diagnoses to determine developmental and/or functional status using standardized measures or clinical observations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet each patient's specific needs and achieve therapy goals.
  • Educate patients/parents/caregivers on treatment goals and therapy plan, and instruct on therapeutic activities to follow at home.
  • Communicate patient's status and collaborate with physicians, third-party payors, and relevant healthcare providers.
  • Participate in Evidence Based Practice, maintaining active knowledge of peer reviewed literature and implementing this information in best clinical care.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Ohio License in Speech Pathology
  • Certification in Speech Pathology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association
  • CPR certification
