Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Leader to join our team as a Practice Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our cosmetic medical practice, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, and optimizing patient scheduling and the overall patient experience.
This is a full-time position, requiring on-site presence primarily in Westborough with intermittent onsite management presence in Wellesley. If you are a motivated and organized leader with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.
ResponsibilitiesThe Practice Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Collaborating with our surgeon, aesthetic nurse specialists, clinical team, and administrative staff to ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Establishing policies and procedures that promote our organization's culture, mission, and vision.
- Overseeing staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
- Monitoring financial performance, including budgeting, payroll, and expense management.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, practice policies, and procedures.
- Optimizing patient scheduling and the overall patient experience, from first point of contact to follow-up care.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with an emphasis on finance or accounting.
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience, including human resources, finances, and operations.
- Experience with financial/budgeting and data analysis, income statements, cash flows, capital planning management, and KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience working with staff at all levels.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software.
- Willingness to become proficient in current healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and accreditation organizations such as the Joint Commission.
The estimated salary for this position is $125,000-$160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
