Customer Service Representative

- Reports to Slot Manager.
- Provides excellent guest service.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, friendly, professional, and efficient interaction with guests, coworkers, management, and vendors.
- Requires dependable and punctual attendance and flexibility with working schedules is crucial.
Depending on experience, essential duties, responsibilities, points of service, and SOPs may be taught and demonstrated during the Casino Service Representative training process.
- Makes HHR machine fills and jackpot payouts.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance; notices potential problems, fixes them, or notifies proper personnel.
- Cleans machines and assists in keeping the casino clean and free of debris.
- Makes change for guests as needed.
- Examines and signs Jackpot tickets and prepares other documents per Departmental SOPs.
- Verifies and pays Jackpot amounts to guests, per Departmental SOPs.
- Assists with providing necessary information on ticket concerns and reports concerns to supervisors.
- Provides all necessary information on ticket cashing Kiosks.
- Reconciles daily redemption activity in a timely manner, per Departmental SOPs.
- Loads voucher paper/HHR tickets into machines as needed.
- Walks the Gaming floor area and explains game functionality to guests if requested.
- Performs general maintenance on HHR machines as required, such as replacing light bulbs, replacing buttons, clearing bill validators, and clearing printer jams.
- Documents the maintenance in the Department Repair Log.
- Assists in resolving minor guest concerns/disputes if needed.
- Oversees projects, issues work assignments, and assists as needed in support of casino operations.
- Others related duties, including but not limited to complying with Gaming Rules and Regulations, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting.
- Able to learn present and future Company and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
- Adheres to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Regular attendance and arriving on time to all scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
- All other duties as assigned.
Estimated salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
