About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, creating a high-energy store experience by engaging consumers and modeling excellent service behaviors to other associates.
  • Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind.
  • Participate in training processes for new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store policies.
  • Partner with store management to set expectations, coach, and contribute to an environment that encourages engagement, retention, and talent development.
  • Efficiently handle cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment systems, while maintaining standards.
  • Work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to flex store business strategies and meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
  • Supervise store teams in the absence of other management members.

About You

As a Supervisor, you'll be a self-starter with a growth mindset, enjoying learning new tools and initiatives. You'll have progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training. Additionally, you'll be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and possess reliable transportation. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
