Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Signius Communications - Mobile. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Work Schedule:
