Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to critically ill patients requiring surgical interventions.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the SICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Associate's Degree, the minimum required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Current OH RN License.
