We are in search of dynamic and dedicated Nursing Clinical Instructors for our Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program.
Role Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this role is to oversee the clinical education of students enrolled in the ABSN program. Clinical Instructors will be assigned to various healthcare facilities and are expected to enhance the educational experience of students by fostering essential skills, adhering to professional standards, and promoting critical thinking.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating effective learning experiences in clinical environments.
- Providing guidance on professionalism, practice, and research methodologies.
- Designing and organizing educational activities that align with course objectives.
- Conducting thorough evaluations of student performance.
- Encouraging evidence-based practices among students.
- Creating a supportive educational atmosphere by offering constructive feedback.
- Collaborating with faculty, administration, and healthcare partners.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
