This role is pivotal in overseeing equipment lubrication, contamination management, inspection, and preventive maintenance for all mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inventory of lubrication products
2. Organize and stock inventory locations
3. Utilize tools and equipment for both routine and non-routine lubrication tasks
4. Drain and clean lubrication reservoirs
5. Implement mechanical modifications to systems as needed for sampling and filtration
6. Fill and top off reservoirs
7. Replace filters and breathers on reservoirs
8. Operate filtration machinery
9. Perform grease relubrication using manual and automated dispensing systems
10. Maintain dispensing equipment and automated systems
11. Label and tag reservoirs, equipment, inventory, and delivery containers
12. Print and complete planned preventive maintenance tasks
13. Update schedules in management systems, including adding notes and requesting work orders for maintenance
14. Report any discrepancies or conditions requiring corrective, predictive, or planned maintenance
15. Conduct various wet chemical analyses to ensure gypsum byproduct meets wallboard specifications
16. Monitor process feed products and wastewater treatment
17. Assist plant operators with problem-solving through analytical support
18. Provide daily reports of analyses
19. Be willing to cross-train in the FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) Lab and assist with Gypsum sample collection and testing
20. Operate lifting equipment (Fork Lift)
21. Adhere to lockout-tag out procedures

Qualifications:
1. Valid driver's license required
2. Mechanical aptitude is essential
3. Familiarity with machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance
4. Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and circulating systems operation, contamination control, and maintenance
5. Relevant work experience is required
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills
7. Proficiency in using moderately complex software and web-based programs for lubrication scheduling
8. Preferred knowledge of materials, methods, and tools related to ash management, structural fills, and landfills
9. Knowledge of lifting equipment (Fork Lift) is required
10. Understanding of lockout-tag out procedures is necessary
11. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Work Environment & Conditions:
This position requires a flexible work schedule: 40 hours/week (Sunday-Thursday) or (Tuesday-Saturday) and/or overtime
This role involves working in both internal and external environments
Be prepared to encounter atmospheric conditions that may affect the respiratory system or skin, including fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation
Must be capable of moving 55-gallon drums weighing up to 500 pounds with mechanical assistance
Must be able to lift and carry 5-gallon containers weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to troubleshoot equipment, identify issues, evaluate options, and generate solutions is essential
Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Effective communication skills (clear, concise, accurate) are necessary, both orally and in writing.
