Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 + Bonus Potential

Are you an experienced Project Manager with expertise in commercial glazing? We are in search of a proactive individual to manage projects valued between $80k and $1.2M across the Colorado Springs to Denver region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor and Material Coordination: Ensure effective collaboration with suppliers for timely delivery and quality assurance of materials.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing expenses.
  • Contract Management: Conduct negotiations and manage contracts to safeguard project and organizational interests.
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Storefront and Curtain Wall Projects: Supervise projects focused on storefronts and curtain walls, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Construction Oversight: Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Personnel Supervision: Oversee onsite teams and subcontractors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship in accordance with original plans and specifications.
