Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to become part of our exceptional team of pediatric specialists. We are committed to supporting children from infancy through adolescence, addressing a diverse range of developmental needs.

Position Overview:


The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will be responsible for delivering safe and effective, play-based therapy through comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and education tailored to the unique goals of each child and their family.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with families to design and execute individualized treatment plans based on the established Plan of Care.
  • Working in partnership with fellow team members to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of evaluations, daily progress notes, and reports.
  • Complying with all relevant regulations, rules, and legal requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources.
  • Preparedness to initiate and conclude therapy sessions punctually, adhering to the treatment plan.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Timely completion of session documentation as required.
  • Experience with children facing challenges such as Autism, Sensory Integration issues, and Feeding difficulties is advantageous.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
