Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your physical therapy expertise to assess patient conditions, formulate treatment plans, and support their recovery process daily. You will also guide nursing staff and family members on follow-up programs that enhance the progress made.
  • Effectively communicate patient progress or concerns to supervisors and team members; assist with patient scheduling and ensure accurate daily post charges to patient records.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
  • Educate family members or nursing staff on follow-up care programs.
  • Ensure that equipment and workspaces are kept safe and clean.
  • Perform job duties in alignment with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and relevant professional standards and laws.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
