Job Title: Electronic Test Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Test Technician to join our team at Talentry LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex tests on military electronic components, assemblies, and systems to evaluate their performance.



Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct functional, operational, and environmental tests using various test equipment to ensure the quality and reliability of electronic components and systems.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions down to the component level, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate failure reporting and corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
4. Develop and revise test procedures based on engineering requirements, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Maintain a testing database and assist in training less experienced technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
6. Work closely with engineers to resolve design and test procedure issues, ensuring seamless integration of technical expertise.
7. Adhere to documentation and instructions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the job.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding testing and performance matters, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.

Requirements:
1. A two-year degree in electronics or equivalent military/civilian coursework is required.
2. A minimum of six years of related experience is necessary, with a strong background in test equipment and RF, analog, and microwave circuits.
3. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is essential, as is excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
5. US Citizenship is a requirement for this position.
