Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a Cultural Insights Analyst specializing in CI/HUMINT Language Analysis with a focus on the Russian language. This role is based in Columbia, MD.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Cultural Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive analytic production of socio-cultural factors within a specified region, focusing on human terrain and geography.
  • Analyzing various domains such as religious, linguistic, ethnic, social, tribal, and occupational aspects in relation to geography and resources to understand the dynamics of diverse groups globally.
  • Utilizing knowledge from sociology, cultural anthropology, demography, psychology, geography, economics, and political science.
  • Acting as a language specialist with native-level proficiency, ensuring accurate reading, writing, and speaking skills, while also providing cultural insights into geopolitical, economic, and social matters.
  • Performing research and HUMINT intelligence collection and analysis.
  • Producing precise written summaries and translations of transcripts, video, and audio materials from the target language to English and vice versa, maintaining the original meaning and intent.
  • Developing and recommending innovative methods for target language research and information exploitation, determining the most effective ways to present and disseminate findings.
  • Possessing expertise in network defense principles and understanding the complexities of establishing global network infrastructure, including hardware and software components.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and meet the following requirements:

  • Security clearance crossover (TS/SCI SAP).
  • Willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.
  • A proficiency level of 4 in speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory.
