DSJ Global is collaborating with a leading Fortune 500 manufacturing organization seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer. In this role, you will oversee the development, management, and daily implementation of the site's predictive reliability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evaluation and application of effective predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies to establish a top-tier reliability program.
  • Guide the Predictive Maintenance (PDM) team in their daily operations, specifying equipment and systems for assessment using vibration, ultrasonic, and thermographic analysis tools.
  • Hold the responsibility and authority to initiate and document actions concerning Food Safety.
  • Collaborate with the PDM team to review analysis outcomes and coordinate with relevant teams to plan necessary remedial or corrective actions.
  • Enhance the Asset Maintenance Plan through continuous improvement, focusing on value-added preventive maintenance tasks, including the use of predictive and non-destructive testing techniques, lubrication practices, operator asset management tools, and comprehensive training programs for maintenance personnel.
  • Investigate significant equipment/system failures using formal analysis methods and develop PM/PDM tasks to reduce or eliminate unexpected failures.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire team members while fostering a safe work environment, adhering to quality standards, and following Good Manufacturing Practices.
