About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as a Registered Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, administering nursing interventions, and collaborating with the treatment team to ensure safe and quality care is provided to all patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop effective care plans
  • Administer nursing interventions as assigned, including medication management and wound care
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or issues that arise
  • Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Assume the role of Charge Nurse when assigned, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth transition of care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in good standing
  • Graduation from an accredited RN program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
