About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments and providing high-quality nursing interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify treatment needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients with mental health and substance abuse issues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Experience working in behavioral health or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
