As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in the rehabilitation process, working closely with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans in accordance with their needs and physician direction.
  • Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring effective treatment programs and timely progression.
  • Collaborate with other clinical services and community resources to coordinate treatment programs and facilitate patient discharge.
  • Provide patient education and develop progressive home programs to ensure safe and effective discharge.
  • Identify and manage various levels of care necessary to ensure care plan delivery, delegating and supervising PTAs and support personnel as needed.
Requirements
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Certified BLS.
