Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather and document production data from various sources such as customer orders, work tickets, and product specifications.
  2. Utilize word processing techniques to maintain accurate records and reports on production volume, material consumption, and quality control.
  3. Calculate production factors including item types, quantities produced, materials utilized, scrap rates, defect frequencies, and departmental production rates using computer software and spreadsheets.
  4. Draft production reports based on compiled data, adhering to established formats.
  5. Maintain organized files of all documents generated and used in the production process.
  6. Create detailed production sheets or work tickets to guide assembly or manufacturing tasks.
  7. Develop written work schedules based on set guidelines and priorities.
