**Job Title:** Student Support Specialist
As a Student Support Specialist, you will work with K-5th grade students in an onsite position. This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 1+ years of social worker experience and a Master's Degree in Social Work. The ideal candidate will be licensed as a school social work or LCSW certification in Illinois and have PEL licensure required.
**Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is $37/hour. With a 37.5 hour workweek, your estimated annual salary would be approximately $76,800 per year.
**Job Description:**
This role involves working closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide support and guidance. As a Student Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing student needs, developing intervention plans, and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:)
- Masters Degree in Social Work required
- Licensed school social work or LCSW certification in Illinois
- PEL licensure required
