Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist, Lead Generation will be responsible for:

  • Developing markets and generating new leads.
  • Establishing connections with influencers and key stakeholders.
  • Leveraging market analysis, competitive research, databases, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools to drive results.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and developing leads to be provided to Sales Executives and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Managing lead qualification, processing, and management for all channels.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to execute and optimize campaigns, projects, and deals.
  • Partnering with Sales team to gather customer insight and improve conversions throughout the funnel.
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Sales Engineering and Applications, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Engaging with Distributors to manage sales leads and find areas to increase revenue.
  • Coordinating trade shows and industry events to generate leads.
  • Delivering reports, presentations, and training to various audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing and/or sales, ideally within manufacturing.
  • Experience in lead generation.
  • Proven track record with cold calling and qualifying leads.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
