Responsibilities
  • Packaging and Shipping: Ensure accurate packaging of prescriptions while handling HIPAA sensitive information.
  • Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners for efficient sortation, including scanning shipping labels and verifying bin locations.
  • Auditing and Reporting: Conduct audits to ensure accuracy in closed bins, compare physical counts to tote manifest systematic counts, and communicate discrepancies to management.
  • Data Entry and Compliance: Read and analyze application screens and pop-up windows to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating pallet jacks, hand trucks/dolly, and scanning units.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook).
  • Audit and Cycle Count Experience: Previous experience in data entry, inventory, clerical, quality assurance, and administrative tasks.
Work Environment

This role is located in a large-scale pharmacy/warehouse production environment. You will be exposed to cold conditions in a refrigerated walk-in station (5%-7% of the time) and occasionally handle environmentally hazardous medications.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $43,020 - $43,020.
