Join DIFILIPPO as a Sales Consultant and become a leader in our organization.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base of 2,000 business clients while developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. You will lead a small team to perform these tasks and become an expert in training them on our systems and process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base and develop relationships to add new clients.
- Research new business opportunities and lead a small team to perform these tasks.
- Supervise team activity and results, and train and develop incoming team members on existing systems.
- Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM and focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
- Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, and strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate, ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, and passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience, self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, and the desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and a clean background with your own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
