Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Emerging Markets Account Representative to join our team at Paycom. As a key member of our sales and implementation team, you will be responsible for holding meetings with incoming leads, securing new emerging market accounts, and leading all small market Paycom implementations.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with incoming small market leads to demonstrate the Paycom solution and analyze their needs to quote pricing accordingly.
  • Lead the implementation of the Paycom system by applying knowledge from training to follow best practices on implementations with lower complexity.
  • Set up and implement Paycom technology for new Emerging Markets accounts, including training on system functionality.
  • Develop a detailed implementation plan for customers, aiming for 100% employee usage.
  • Obtain necessary data from new clients to onboard and implement Paycom software.
  • Hold clients accountable to deadlines and drive projects to successful and timely completion while achieving position metrics and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and allocate resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively on or before deliverable deadlines.
  • Hold internal and external partners accountable to project objectives and timelines.
  • Support clients in mapping their current process, understanding pain points, and identifying areas of improvement to maximize efficiencies through the Paycom solution and best practices.
  • Provide technical and functional support to all internal and external parties during implementation, utilizing specialized knowledge related to the Paycom solution.
  • Process small market payrolls under limited supervision and coordinate payroll processing timelines with clients to ensure payroll is submitted in accordance with Paycom deadlines.
  • Ensure all open implementation tasks are completed, client acceptance meetings are successfully conducted, and all handoff requirements are met per the process to indicate that the client is trained and prepared to transition to the long-term care teams.
  • Complete Paycom product training to stay up-to-date on new releases and functionality to successfully direct clients on best practices to platform optimization throughout implementation.
  • Effectively adapt to process changes and product improvements.
  • Consult on the change and risk management strategy for clients implementing the Paycom solution.

  • Bachelor's degree.
