Thriveworks: A Clinician-Focused Mental Health Practice

We are seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Framingham, MA. As a clinician-founded national private practice group, we prioritize accessibility, integrity, and quality care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to children and adolescents
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills
Requirements:
  • Independent licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PhD/PsyD)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a specialty area (e.g., play therapy)
  • Comfort working with individuals of all ages and populations
  • Ability to maintain a caseload of at least 25 sessions per week
