Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Framingham, MA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adolescents, and provide individualized therapy sessions to help them overcome various mental health challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to children and adolescents, addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, working collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify the underlying causes of clients' mental health concerns and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments.
Requirements
  • Must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts, with one of the following independent licenses: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
  • Must have experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a specialty area such as play therapy or trauma-informed care.
  • Must be comfortable working with individuals of all ages and populations, including those with complex mental health needs.
  • Must be able to establish a strong therapeutic relationship with clients and their families, and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
